Things that some Singaporeans Believe!
Do you know why New Changi Hospital (NCH) changed its name to Changi General Hospital (CGH)?
Because NCH stands for "Never Come Home". That's why business was very bad before it changed its name.
Now CGH stands for "Can Go Home". So business is picking up.
Business in Singapore General Hospital (SGH) is still going strong because SGH stands for "Sure Go Home"!
Now National University Hospital (NUH) is also considering a name change. It stands for "No Use Hospital"!
What about Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH). Not too good a name, no wonder so much problem.
It stands for "Tiam Tiam Si Hospital" and now 'Tan Teo SARs Hospital".
So, be careful of choosing which hospital to go if anyone is unwell.

hello! it's been sometime since i post anything cos i'm juz too lazy and there's nth much to blog anyway. it's already the 2nd week of school and i'm still trying to adjust my mood to the surroundings. i forced myself not to slack and made sure i did my tutorials. our lecture halls are getting smaller except for IB which was the same lecture hall as before. and 1 of the lecture hall was so discouraging for students to focus during the lecture. the environment isnt good for learning as it dun seems to be like a lecture hall and the noise pollution level is high.
projects, projects and projects. so confused on who are my groupmates and for which modules.
it was raining every afternoon recently and it's an enormous rain ok. parts of our school were flooded badly such as the shelter near the bus stop. chewy and sherlyn had to fold up their jeans in order not to get wet. luckily, i was wearing skirt tt day so i was safe. but poor and smart caroline took off her shoe and walked bare-footed through the water. haha. seriously, i think tt the town councils or any of the ministries should give us free raincoats and put it into our letterbox. why? cos i'm juz kidding. lol. zzzzzz
i do not really like my current class.
the thought of starting work tml demoralise me. i had not been working for 2 months and i dun feel like working now. blame it on the attachment that make me feel this way. i always ask myself, "Why must i work?" and the ans is definitely "for the sake of money la!"
this is a busy semester for me.
somebody has said this before, "you never try, you wun know it wun work right."
so who say that?

i've been staying home for tis 2 days as i do not have any tutorials for this week and that my IS do not fall on this sem.
i've been writing my report since yesterday till now and i'm left abit more to finish it up.
i've been feeling hungry since yesterday for no reasons. Could the reasons be due to writing of the report that makes me hungry? That will mean for every brain cells that i killed, i will get hungry a lil.

this is my new blogskin after being "forced" to change into a new one. i created this by myself or rather i edited here and there to make it look like i'm the creator of this blogskin. hehe. so proud of myself. lol
okie. went out last saturday wid sherlyn and songwee for supper at nus prata. our driver songwee claimed tt their service is better den the bt timah wan and when we reached there........... i tink bt timah is still better den them lor. we head over to bukit batok nature park after tt to......... hehehehehe trying to be naughty. haha! kuku sherlyn wanna see how the car actually "shake" when...... ur get wad i mean ya haha. but too bad, there's nth to see tt night or mayb they found other interesting places to do it. ops. haha. den we went to lavador park and chat till 3am plus.

I bought a new mouse finally! yay. It's been ages since i told myself to get a new one.
I got fed up with the mouse yesterday till i decided to get a new one by today. die die oso hv to search for one tt i like. i thought of getting the microsoft pink mouse initially but i couldnt find it. i went to 3 shops and none of them have the stock. they were left with lime green and black only and the black look like navy to me. so i got this instead.
this isnt a wireless mouse. the wire is hidden inside.
hehe.
i'm left wid a mouse pad but i can search for tt slowly. :p

went mos-ing wid jingmin and jessica!! it's been 6 months since i last went clubbing. can you believe it? haha. anyway, it was fun tt night and jessica actually dance!! she got too high~. lol. jessica went home early while me and jingmin stayed till 1am+ before we went out. then something happened and i dun wanna said it as it would be a grandma's story. hehe. so check out at jingmin's blog and pray tt she will blog about it. haha

Dinner and Dance at Shangri-La Hotel

after the newly-weds performance (singing of david tao & jolin - jin tian ni yao jia gei wo), the groom kneel down and propose to the bride!!! weE~ haha. and of cos, the bride says, "YES I DO!!!" all of us cheer like nobody business and our table was the most noisy and happening as we kept blowing the whistle. lol.
when the newly-weds made their way down the stage, the host joke around by saying "Thanks for coming to this wedding dinner...." haha. so funny. and the groom was damn lucky la. he won a 21" lcd tv in the lucky draw!! his number was 0288 and mine was 0283 man. so can you imagine when the host gonna was about to announce the last digit, my heart stopped beating at that moment??? but anyway, he got himself a new tv for his new hse. haha

I realised that i'm getting more piggy recently. I got tired and sleepy easily just like today, went to meet jingmin, jessica and sara to play at Settlers Cafe. i got worn-out just by playing 3hrs of games. and do you noe that i'm hugging my pillow when i type this post? i guess i can fall asleep anytime now. i think i need to admit tt i'm getting older and my health is declining. haha.
ok la. the real reason is that i became too lazy after having such a long holidays and able to rest during weekends. hehe
we kept changing games throughout the 3hrs and i think we had played 7 games in total. we were searching for more exciting games to play and tt's the reason we played more games den the others.
1 - the triangle thingy which i cant recalled what is the name of the game. we were supposed to place as many tiles on the board as possible. the person that has the most remaining tiles lose the game. and tt was me. -__- [1/5 stars]
2 - card game something like uno which share similar rules. overall, not so exciting. [1/5 stars]
3 - project X which jingmin recommended. we had to find the no. of items in the 9 cardboard and the team which has the most cards is the winner. so jessica and sara won. [2.5/5 stars]
4 - ugly ugly, the most violent games in the cafe (tt's what they said) and we enjoyed that the most! this does not mean that we like violent games or we are violent k, just that it was really exciting and fun. [3.5/5 stars]
5 - nodwick which we had to build the person's part by trading cards ard with ppl who have the symbol that we need. [2/5 stars]
6 - brick of wood where there are part 1 and 2 of this game. part 1 was we had to remove the bricks from the circular board which was balance by a "ball stand". so if careless, the whole board will topple. part 2 is the reverse, we had to place the brick one by one back to the starting and make sure it balance. [2/5 stars]
7 - monkeys! haha. we had to throw the dice to see which stick colour to pick and we can only pick from the top. at the same time, we had to prevent the monkeys from falling down as the person with the most no. of monkeys at the end lose the game. [1.5/5 stars] sara find the monkeys disgusting haha.
8 - bonus game! ha it's actually we invent the games on our own or i should say we miss our childhood games. haha. i cant recalled wad the games name (as usual) but there were different colours of the stick and we had to pick the colour of the stick without touching the other sticks.
ms chee did not join us in the fun as she has to help her mum. we were so focus in playing those games that we did not took much photo. this photo was taken only when we were about to leave. ha.
starting school in 1 week time, yay! i got the urge to print all the notes now. haha. siao.
ops. dinner time!!

working as usual. got my first pay finally. haha.
went to watch Mr Bean's holiday with him at night and enjoyed myself! hehehehehe
eh, since i gt my pay, shouldnt i be the one treating him? shhhh. :p

went out wid sherlyn after work and head to town for shopping. we wanted to find clothing for our dnd but ended up wid other stuffs. haha. i bought 1 mini comb from body shop, one coin purse frm m)phosis and one doll dress from pull and bear. spent $58 in total and this show tt i'm not a spendthrift.
did visiting in puma and my "current home" which is adidas nac. it looked slightly bigger den the previous after the renovation. i prefer puma than adidas seriously. the truth is that i get to wear jeans instead of pants and the top was provided by them and i get to keep it. other than tt, i can go out after work without having to bring extra clothing which is so convenience man. haha.
went out for supper with my frenz at boon lay. the nasi lemak stall was having a long queue even at 11pm so we ate the other stall which taste great too. or mayb tt's becos i was hungry at tt time so everything taste gd. haha

i felt so sleepy today and i dunno why. had been piggying all the way till night.
when i woke up, it was almost 12 noon. i had my breakfast and went back to sleep. tt was 1pm plus and the next thing i knew was i woke up at 7pm. haha. i was feeling so hungry and had to wait for my parents to come home to start the dinner. so i actually ate quite a lot of rice and i still feel hungry now. lol
anyway, 2 more weeks and that's the end of attachment! which mean i will be back for school and i will need to work during the weekends! argh. i'm enjoying my weekends now and i dun feel like working. aww, this is bad.
