Felt a sense of achievement today!
Went to KAP for lunch and stayed there to study till 7pm. Yes. I’m that guai today. Haha. My 2 bridging papers are coming in less than 2 weeks time. Sian. Stressing period for me again.

What a boring Monday.
I feel like sleeping but I can’t cos I have to be in standby mode as my mum will call me anytime to meet her. Gonna visit my Ah Ma with her later at NUH. My Ah Ma got admitted for breathing difficulties again.
Can’t wait for Friday cos I gonna meet the lovelies (new name for Loretta) and the bestie (si char bo Sherlyn Ho). The activities on fri will be sports day in the morning – playing badminton and swimming, followed by k-boxing session in the noon. Gonna train our stamina first before singing. Haha. Ok, I’m so excited.
Working was fun yesterday. Lots of things happened in the store when Desmond is not around. Haha. First was a sabo on Johnwin by pasting the words “Last Day” on his back. I was just an audience I swear while Michael and Sherlyn was the mastermind behind the sabotage. Ha. Sherlyn and I were laughing hard when Michael was trying to stick the tag on Johnwin’s back. Everything went well initially till this couple kpo-ness. The boyfriend was alright as he kept laughing and looking at us. But this girlfriend of his spoiled the fun. The girlfriend actually went to tell Johnwin by asking if it was his last day today. So when Johnwin said no, she asked him to check out his back. There goes our entertainment! The girlfriend should not go on anymore after asking Johnwin if it was his last day. What a spoiler.
Second was when I accidentally spilled the bubble tea onto Michael. Haha. I din mean it la. Just tt I was taking the shoe and one of the shoebox actually jumped down, committed suicide and landed on the bubble tea. The bubble tea died on the spot as a result of the jump, the blood (milk tea) and organs (pearl) were scattered all around the ground and some were spread onto Michael’s uniform. Haha. Yea, I don’t have to elaborate further I guess. I was feeling so guilty and kept asking if he’s angry. But luckily, he wasn’t. I still feel bad after that and got him a t-shirt for him to change after work. It’s also part of me and Sherlyn advance bday pressie for him. Ha.
Ok, think I should be able to get a short nap.

Father was being lame today.
I was playing my phone music player and singing out loud in my dad’s car when we were on our way back from supper. Then we went over to the nearby coffeeshop to get some food for my mum. Normally lorry will produce the beep beep sound when reversing mah and this time it did not. So I asked my dad how come don’t have sound one. Then he told me, “You just now singing mah. Sing until he got scared and stunned till nothing came out from the mouth.”

Saw this huge crocs shoe at Stadium while working today. I suddenly got the urge to take pictures so here it goes. Haha.

Met up with Loretta after sch in Jurong for lunch and to study in the library as well. Nt too bad. I studied 2 and a half chaps of Econs. Lol. Then we rushed down to Cineleisure to catch a movie – Prom Night with Sherlyn, Song wee and Shi xiong. Okie, we were late cos there was a bad jam in the clement area and I made the wrong choice for not taking the MRT. Ha. Making the wrong choice was still okie. Not okie when the tickets were with me as I was the one who booked it! Ha. Nvm. The show sucks anyway, with a lousy ending.
We went to have a late dinner at Bugis @ the famous fish sliced bee hoon. Yummy I can say. The fish slice is thick and fresh. Different from the one we always eat which is a thinner version. I wanna try it again with my bestie! Ha. Next, we walked over to Selegie Road to eat tou hua. The funny thing was that the 3 of us, Loretta, Sherlyn and me were talking about this famous tou hua stall but in different places. Loretta was saying it was at Short Street while I said it was at Rochor Road and I forgot what Sherlyn said. Then when we reached the stall, we realized that we were referring to the same place la! Lol.
I like the tou hua and the you tiao. The you tiao is crispy and the tou hua is smooth, different from the one at Bukit Timah. Alright, pics. Lazy to say alr.

Ok, I think I know what I want.
I should just continue studying for my degree and apply for air stewardess later. Many people told me to sign up to be an air stewardess now and wait no more. But I find that getting a degree first is more important den realizing my dream. I guess many people will choose the other way round which is to realize their dream first. But I feel safer with a degree on hand. At least I can look for jobs with a degree if I ever got rejected. Haha. Alright, I need your support okie? Anyway, thanks to those who give me your advice.

I’m a lil confused now.
Confused on what route I’m taking.
Why am I confused?
Cos I did not plan my career path.
I took HR in poly and I’m taking Accounting & Finance in uni.
I wanna try working as an air stewardess but I’m continuing my studies.
My ex-boss told me if I wanna become an air stewardess, I should go for it now.
No point waiting after I graduated from uni. He said I will be enjoying high pay when I become an air stewardess but when the contract is up and I have to leave, I will need to look for other jobs and I might not be earning as much as before since I don’t have the experience . He asked if I can accept this reality cos most of his frenz realized that they can’t accept a low pay job. He asked me to think about it seriously. Oh well, I’m still thinking.
I hate to be in dilemma. Why am I born as a librarian? Librarian is so indecisive. Sometimes, I would rather to have someone planning my schedule. I mean I will only need to let that person knows what I want and they will plan the route and give me the right advice. Or I should look for a 大师 to 指点 me? Haha.
Met up with Loretta for lunch yesterday. Somehow we talked about what we wanna do in the future and she said she wanted to have her own business. So I told her we can be partner. She took entrepreneur course in uni so she will be in charge of the start-up, capital and proposal while I can be the HR or admin executive preparing the docs like invoice and recording down of stuff. And if Sherlyn will to take up marketing, she can market our products and tt’s when the 4Ps we learned in poly will be utilized. As for Marlene, she will be in charge of incoming shipments if we intend to import raw materials or export our products to foreign countries. Lol. Why putting Marlene in charge of this? Cos she’s doing job related to this now so she has sufficient experience in this field. She will know the different time zone, time lag, etc. Haha. So funny la when we were chatting about this. Ops. Think I miss Joyce out in it. Mm, think she can be a salesperson. Okie la. Maybe I give her a position - SENIOR Sales EXECUTIVE la. Sounds nicer and professional. Lol.

[05/07/08] - Part 2
My Daddy's bday!!!
Alright, I met up wid my family to celebrate my dad’s bday cum fathers’ day. Haha. Cos my sis was in overseas during fathers’ day so we have yet to celebrate it. Had dinner at the Soup Restaurant in Jurong Point and we headed home for MAHJONG game! Haha. I won 7 bucks! Yay.

Went for the bowling tournament @ The Chervons organized by my ex company. Din join them along cos I dun wanna find myself washing the long gou. Hahahaha.
Instead, I was there babysitting my colleague’s son. Haha. I love kids man. They are so cute la. Lol. I always wanted my mum to babysit ppl’s child so that I can play with them. But the bad thing is that I wun be able to concentrate on my studies during the exams period la.

Went to send Caroline off together with Jaime and Jessica. Btw, it’s my first time to airport that day! Hahahaaha. Ops. Think I took close to 50 photos on that day. Ha. Jaime knows that I would want to take lots of photos in the airport so she kept volunteering to help me with it! Haha.
