I caught Confessions Of A Shopaholic today.
I think the scene where the female lead dance with the fan is funny la.
She danced with no image at all. Horrible I can say. But it's hilarious.
Alright, just wanna blog a lil before I sleep.
Gone.

A 2 dollar note had just undergone 15mins of soaking with detergent and rinsing in the washing machine like a roller coaster for 2 times which equal to 17mins. Total of 32mins of thrilled and it survived. Haha.
I asked my mum to help me wash one of my bags as it’s very dirty. Never did I know I had a 2 dollar angpao underneath the base of the bag. So when I took out of the washing machine to dry it, I saw the angpao that was still in a good condition to an extent and the edges were torn alr. It was wet and I can see through the angpao clearly and tt’s when I realized I’m 2 dollar richer. Lol.
I placed the note underneath my laptop cos my laptop is burning due to the fan not working anymore. It was dry within a min and smelled of detergent now. Haha.
Lesson learnt: Always check every single zip and bottom of the bag before sending it for laundry. But sometimes, you may by chance get yourself a surprise when you did not check just like me!

Today is shiok man. Haha.
Took an off day today and went outing with kes!
Morning was spent playing tennis with him. Haha. I went to loan a racket which has the lightest and the biggest sweet spot. Haha. It was fun playing tennis except the part where you got to pick the balls.
We started out with 4 balls initially and in the end, we were only left with 1 ball. All thanks to my aiming skills. Haha. The first ball flew over the other court but it was locked so we couldn’t get it back. The second ball flew down to the car park and we managed to retrieve the ball after the game. The third ball was the best. It flew off the court and down to one of the residents living on the first level. Then I went to check out the situation just in case it hit the window or passerby but couldn’t figure out where it went to until I saw a middle age man stepped out of the balcony trying to reckon where the ball came from. The next thing I heard was his dog barking non-stop. Haha. It was seriously damn funny at that moment. I was laughing real hard man. The ball actually flew down to his small garden. And instead of looking towards the tennis court direction, he looked upwards at those residents staying above him. He must be thinking which naughty kids got so playful and threw the tennis ball down la. Lol.
It has been a long time since I last exercised man. I can feel the muscle cramp now. I got 3 bruises from playing tennis. Bravo.
Also, getting out of bed tml will be a great one.

Our next destination was Prawning @ Bishan.
It was my first time experiencing it and I enjoyed a lot. There’s a time where I got so excited that when the prawn got hooked, I shouted “come up come up” while pulling the rod backwards la. Haha. Then kes was telling me not to get so excited and shout. Haha. But I was really happy when I got the prawn mah. Ha. We caught a total of 20 prawns!!!
The first prawn that I caught.

The photos were nicely taken right? Cos I was the photographer!I left everything to kes including un-hooking the prawns, bbq-ing, etc.
Basically, I'm in charge of photos-taking and baiting the prawns. Haha.
I'm dead beat.

Angela just got herself a hula hoop!
I always wanted to get a hula hoop since million years cos I believe it helps to shape your waist. Then I was reading Seventeen mag [I know I’m not young anymore but I always feel I’m around there], the column on health body. They provided tips on how you can keep in shape even if you don’t have time for regular exercise.
So I’m sharing some tips with you here. Of course, taken from the magazine la.
a) Walk your way fit
When taking the bus, alight a couple of stops away from your actual destination. That way, you’ll be “forced” to walk to wherever you have to go. If part of the route is uphill, all the better. You’ll be saying hello to toned legs in no time if you make this a regular habit. Just be sure you’re wearing comfy shoes!
Benefit: Use up to 100 calories by brisk walking for 10-15 minutes.
b) Wash the car
This is not just a good way to get your mum or dad to increase your allowance! Vacuuming all the nooks and crannies, plus waxing the car, will challenge your flexibility and really tone your arms and legs.
Benefit: About 20 minutes can help you lose 108 calories!
c) Redecorate your personal space
Moving around furniture and redecorating will help you break a sweat. Just remember to lift with your knees, and NOT your back! When dusting, stretch those arms out, instead of just waving the duster around limply.
Benefit: If you opt to paint your room, you’ll use up around 200 calories per hour!
d) Have fun in the garden
All that raking, digging and watering aren’t just working your green thumb – they actually give a whole-body workout. Digging and raking work your back and arm muscles, while planting and weeding strengthen you legs.
Benefit: Do 45 minutes of gardening to zap up to 200 calories!
e) Play with your dog
We don’t just mean walking him (though that’s part of it). Every time you bend down to pat your dog, you’re doing a squat. So keep at it! Throw a Frisbee (or any chew toy) around when you’re with him, and you’ll be working your heart, lungs and legs.
Benefit: An hour of dog walking helps you shed approximately 300 calories!
f) Bake something
Make a batch of cookie dough without using any electrical appliance. Creaming the butter and sugar with a wooden spoon, as well as mixing and kneading the dough, will give you a good upper-arm workout. (And when your cookies come out of the oven, you’ll feel great knowing you made them from scratch.)
Benefit: 20 minutes = 60 calories gone!
g) Bring out the hula hoop
You’re never too old for this! Invite a couple of friends over and work those hips together! This simple childhood game helps to you a shapelier waist. Try twirling the hoop around your arms to tone them too!
Benefit: Half an hour of hula-hooping will take off 150 calories!
So among all tips above, I chose the hula hoop simply becos it’s easiest as all you need to do is stay at one spot and shake your hips. Hahahaha. I got no garden and no dog, and washing my dad’s lorry is a killer and I’m pretty sure about it. Lol. Right now, I’m trying to hula hooping for 5 mins everyday and gonna increase the duration slowly. I also want to twirl the hoop around my arms too but its so hard leh. I don’t want my tv to end up hooping as I hula hooping just in front of the tv only. Haha. Maybe I should get one with a smaller diameter.
This vest is nice right? I have been thinking if I should get a denim vest but dropped the idea when I feel that I don’t need one. Then whenever I set the idea of not getting it, another blogshop starts selling it. It’s always like this. I thought that no one will bring the vest in anymore cos it has been out for sometimes but I still see other blogshops selling it. Anyway, I think I will get the darker colour cos it suits me more. See how la.
Time to knock out.
Got this when M.A.C launched the Hello Kitty Collection. Haha. I wanted the balloon actually but they stopped giving it out and I got to wait for the next session. But I was working so I forgo the balloon and got the tattoo instead. Ha.
On a side note, I’m no longer in Adidas Ngee Ann City anymore. So if you wanna visit me, msg me beforehand! :)
Happy 21st Birthday to Joeann!

Yay. My prelim ended yesterday. I have been burning midnight oil for the past few weeks so I rewarded myself by having 2 days off not to touch the notes. So I will be back to study mode from tml onwards.
I have been suffering from insomnia during my study week la. I took one hour of rolling and flipping every corner of the bed before finally ended up in the dreamland. Awful feeling. And this is just my prelim only. Can’t imagine how long I will take to sleep when it comes to the real exam. Ha.
I watched Paul Blart: mall cop today. Thumb up for this movie. It’s about a security officer who acts as a cop when patrolling in the mall. It’s seriously damn funny and you will be like laughing throughout the whole show.
I’m down with flu now. Ate the medicine and feeling drowsy now. So I doubt I will get insomnia tonight. Haha.
