The company where my dad works is in charge of parts of the construction work in RWS. So he will always report to me about the crowd in RWS after he came home.
The past few days of the weather have been very bad as it kept raining thus, there wasn’t much crowd. But there were still some people who went as they had already purchased the ticket way beforehand.
My dad said you can easily count the number of people over there even in sunny day. Haha. Sunny but scorching hot that kind.
So one day he came home and said this to me,
"The management said they expected thousands of people turning up but what I see is 小猫两三只."
Lol. Damn funny la in the way he expressed the crowd in RWS.

New song released by BoA.
I prefer her previous image than the current one. The current one seems to be a bit too boyish even though this is meant to be a new look.
A drastic change of her image in my opinion. From the previous sweet-looking girl to the current “don’t mess up with me” style. Haha. And this reminds me of Joyce. Ops. LOL.
There is one common thing in some of her MVs if you will to notice such as the song “Bump Bump” and “I Did It For Love”. The expression that she portrays including the dance moves and dressing are so alike. This is one thing that I dislike which I believe is due to me not being able to accept her change. I just prefer the sweet-looking BoA singing the song “No.1”. Haha.
I like the choreography in this MV but not some parts of the music. There’s a part where the rhythm sounds like an Indian song to me. Ha. Don’t believe me? Starts listening from 1:08 or 2:00 onwards. Haha. Seriously no offence!

I hardly step into Giant till yesterday and saw this interesting board at the fruits section.
In my opinion, I believed Giant is aware and doubt that there will be customers throwing those poor quality ones into the bin so they "dare" to put such notice with ease and no worries.

His dead skin is seriously too much and too thick that he gave up applying the dead skin remover cream and slash it off instead.

Watsons is having a promotion for this and it's going for $12.90 (UP $19.90). And just nice, I happened to watch the advertisement on the television for this product but they are selling for $15.90 elsewhere. So if you wanna try it, buy from Watsons by 24 April. :)

Why my mum just doesn’t get it?
I went to visit a doctor this morning as my eyes are still swollen. The doctor said I have drug allergy to Synflex (the medicine name) and advised me not to take it anymore and informed the dentist about it. He prescribed me this medicine to subside my swelling.
Then my this kbkp mum yelled at me over the phone saying why spend extra money to see the doctor where I should just go back to see the dentist. She just thinks that the dentist will be able to settle my swelling eyes since I paid $500 for the surgery. Old people have the mindset that when you pay a significant amount of money for it, they will expect everything to be “bao ga liao” you know?
Hai.
The dental nurse called me shortly after I visited the doctor to find out about my condition and I told her about the drug allergy issue. So she advised me to stop taking the painkiller and informed the dentist during my next visit. And she mentioned that I should consult a doctor if the swelling persists.
So I told this to my mum and she just couldn’t get it. She still insists that the dentist should do something about it cos I paid that farking amount of money.
I got really bth so I shouted at her. One with a louder voice will win the argument. I totally agree. This makes her gone quiet for a moment before she starts nagging again. Nag softly this time round.

Yay. My prelim is finally over.
I went to visit a dentist after my paper cos my wisdom tooth is acting up again. Fark lor. I juz removed my bottom right wisdom tooth by surgery not long ago and this time, the bottom left one came to see the world.
And suay suay, the bottom left one needs surgery as well as it grows inside the gums. Sigh. I was asking myself why is this happening again. The previous one had me gone through lots of pain cos I can feel the entire process at that time. This experience causes me a phobia of extracting my tooth. So bloody hell, WHY AGAIN?!
The doctor that is in charge of my surgery this time round is different from the previous one. He gave me lots of antiseptic to ensure it’s totally numb before performing the surgery. Totally numbness to the extent that I can still feel it 2 hours plus later after the surgery.
I was damn scared la and furthermore, my mum was not around to accompany me this time. So I cried out outside the clinic while waiting for the nurse to call me in again. Haha. But I did feel better after crying and it sorts of give me some form of encouragement too.
After the surgery, the dentist gave me 2 types of painkillers. One of it is the normal dose and the other one is extra strong. So after I reached home, the pain starts to kill me to the degree that I started crying again. Haha. I cried quite badly cos the pain is really unbearable. So I chose the stronger dose of painkiller when it’s time to take it. I seriously don’t wish to endure the pain anymore.
Then my eyes start to swell one hour later. It is still swelling now since 7pm. I dunno if my body can’t take the stronger dose or that I am drug allergy to the painkiller. There was a time where my eyes got swollen as well after taking my friend’s panadol. It’s not the usual panadol that is prescribed by the doctor normally. So I believed it’s most probably due to drug allergy.
My sister was telling me that drug allergy can be very serious as you do not know how your body will react to it until you take it. So she wants me to visit the dentist tomorrow to find out how strong the dose of that painkiller is.
I wanted to find out by searching on the web but I can't read the handwriting! That clinic is still using the manually type of prescribing medicine. Meaning that they will paste the sticker onto the ziplock bag and write out the details instead of in computerized form. Haha.
Mm… I should sleep early tonight for the sake of my eyes.

I went shopping with Kes in town yesterday.
We walked from ION Orchard all the way down to Centrepoint to look for his outfit for his coming Social Night. We spent close to 4 hours of walking the whole town la.
And I realized that we just should make Centrepoint as our first stop in the beginning as he bought his shirt and pants from there.
Store like Domanchi, is one of the good choices if you are looking for men’s wear. You can find everything that a guy’s need over there such as L/S shirt, S/S shirt, pants, berms, shoes (quite limited), bags, cufflinks, ties, wallets, blazers, belts, hats, tie bar and t-shirts as well. You can simply settle everything in the store except for underwear and boxer. LOL.
If your boyfriend is looking for tapered pants, no matter what must be tapered, then the more you should head to Domanchi!
We searched for the tapered pants in Zara and Taka department stores but just couldn’t find anything in tapered. It still looks baggy even though the pants say slim fit.
He bought the L/S shirt for $69, consider price competitive with Zara, and it comes with a free cufflink. The tapered pants cost him $49 only which is cheaper than Zara by $30-$40. Definitely worth it. Haha.
The tie was bought from John Little for $12 only. Not bad right? My sis was surprised when I told her about it given the quality of the material.
Lastly, formal shoes! Pedro is having sales right now. And like almost everywhere we went, we will see quite a number of guys holding the pedro sales bag. Haha.
Kes bought this shoe at 30% off. Shiok and chio.

Gaming addiction leads to baby's death
A South Korean couple addicted to an online game and forget to feed their baby daughter.
SEOUL, South Korea – A South Korean couple addicted to an Internet game about raising a virtual child were arrested for neglecting their real 3-month-old daughter and letting her starve to death, news reports said.
The couple spent between four and six hours every day at Internet cafes in Suwon, a city just south of Seoul, and bottle-fed their baby only once a day, the Yonhap news agency and other South Korean media reported, citing police.
The couple found their baby dead on Sept. 24 when they returned home after playing online games at a nearby Internet cafe all night, Yonhap reported.
The 41-year-old father and his 25-year-old wife, both jobless, went into hiding at a relative's home north of Seoul after a police autopsy found the baby died because of a long period of malnutrition, the report said. Police arrested the couple on Wednesday, it said.
"I'm sorry to my daughter and hope she doesn't get sick in heaven," the father was quoted as saying by Yonhap.
News reports said the girl was born prematurely, weighing 5 pounds (2.25 kilograms), and had spent one month in an incubator.
The couple, who met each other through an Internet chat site, was reportedly obsessed with a role-playing game called "Prius Online" in which they nurtured a virtual girl dubbed "Anima."

WTH right?
The baby managed to survive in the incubator and yet the couple did not cherish that poor child and have the cheek to play online games.
I can understand if the 25-year-old wife got no experience in taking a child, is immature and etc, but how can a 41-year-old father played along with his wife?!
Bottle-fed their baby only once a day?! This is so ridiculous man.
Both jobless?! Then why bothered to give birth to that child and let her suffer?
How can a virtual child be more important that their real daughter? In my opinion, both of them are seriously 少根筋 man.
It's too late to be sorry. The child should not forgive her parent.

Pardon me for the lack of updates.
I have been staying at home, trying hard to focus on studying for the past few days. But this method is not very effective so far.
I forgo my audit prelim today as I was too tired. I woke up, sat at the sofa reading through my notes and decided to take a nap. And it ended up that I couldn’t wake up and slept till the time where the paper starts. Haha. But I did feel bad for skipping ok. Alright, enough of this.
Bought this Honey Milk Curd from my school Megabites few days back while I was studying in school. It doesn’t taste that nice so I din finish it up. So SIM students, it’s not worth buying this ok. Haha.

Have you try the new Mac’s Shaker fries in hot and spicy flavor?
I tried it yesterday!
But it’s not that fantastic as compared with the seaweed flavor. The nature of seaweed is the salty part that makes you want to continue eating it for non-stop. Hot and spicy on the other hand, the only reason that I can think that makes you want to eat for more is the spiciness.
It gets more spicy when you carry on eating it to the extent that you want to finish up the fries asap and gulp down the water at one shot. Of cos, you can drink the water while eating the fries la. But my philosophy when it comes to spicy food is that I will make sure I finish up the food first before drinking the water. In this way, I won’t feel so full.

WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR ME TO CONCENTRATE?!!!
My first prelim paper is tml and yet I have touched 2 out of 7 chapters only.
My current mood since yesterday is all about WORK.
Yes, I mean office work. It's like I can't wait to complete my studies and step into the working life when I was still complaining to others that I'm not ready for it few months ago.
