Rule #1
Watched Rule Number 1 with Sherlyn Ho after work yesterday. Weird. This was the first time I watched movie with her cos we always watch with our gfs normally. Haha. She was saying this to me when we were up on the escalator in Cathay Cineleisure. So I was telling her that if not for her that she wanted to watch this movie and that she pleaded me so badly, I wouldn’t want to watch with her man. Lol. Kidding ya?
I liked the part where Shawn Yue and Fiona were acting as that’s the part where it was not scary but sweet. But for the rest of the show, I was covering my eyes with my hands cos it was frightening! Haha. I can’t recall myself doing that when watching horror movies in my secondary times. Sigh. Guess I’m aging and my heart couldn’t take it anymore. Or maybe it’s becos I din watch those types of movies for quite sometimes la.
There’s this part where this guy who is a telephone operator in the miscellaneous department and sitting on a wheelchair. So everyone thoughts he was wheeled-chair bound. Then he suddenly stood up and walked towards Shawn Yue to pass him the message. And he said this to Shawn, “Don’t always use your eyes to assume things.” Roughly there la. Don’t really remember the exact sentence. But that part was funny and Shawn’s expression was cute too! Haha.
Actually there’s a few parts where it was amusing too but I think near 70% are scary ones. My hands was aching after the movie cos I kept covering my eyes! Lol.
The ending? Most of the casts who got possessed died. Ekin was killed by Shawn cos Shawn was being possessed in the end. Fiona was alive (I think) but with a lifeless soul. Okie la. I give an overall rating of 3.5/5 for it.
Weird. I don’t know why they placed that woman in the poster as she only appeared for less than 1 sec in the movie. And throughout the movie, she wasn’t related to any of the importance scene. The only time she appeared was when Ekin said to Shawn that there’s a lot of lifeless soul in this world. Mm, they should put Ekin and Shawn Yue in the poster isn’t it? Ha.

I’m home sitting on my bed while typing this entry and enjoying the air-con at the same time. Haha. I took a leave today as I got an interview from SMU. I received the call from SMU on last Thursday evening and I was so happy about it. But when the person told me that I was shortlisted for an interview by the School of Social Sciences, my heart dropped. Social Sciences was my 3rd choice while the first two choices were business admin and accountancy. I was kinda disappointed and called back to ask if I can appeal to the business interview. So the person told me that since I wasn’t shortlisted for my first choice, it will be quite hard to appeal and it’s also not likely to happen. Sigh. The person scheduled my interview on the 24th Mar which was today and it’s like damn fast la. Jingmin received her call on last Monday and her interview was on the 28th Mar. Mine is like rushing for train man.
Anyway, I reached quite early today cos the bus driver was speeding. The bus driver knew that I got an interview and that I cannot afford to be late so she drove slightly faster than normal for me.
I must admit that SMU was quite big cos I was a lil lost when I got there but somehow, I managed to find the information counter. Then I felt lost again when I proceed to level 4 even with the help of the signage. Haha. I mentioned that I was early right? So the booth wasn’t set up yet when I reached and the last signage was pointing towards this door that looked like operations room that kind. I tried my luck and entered the room which was supposed to be lock as claimed by the helpers la. Then I felt lost again. But with the help of this guy, Professor XX (forgot his name), he asked me to sit at the bench while waiting for the helper to set up the booth.
The interview process is done by 2 professors where each comes from different areas (psychology, sociology or political science). So while waiting for the professors, I met 2 candidates from JC. One of them dress casually while the other in semi-formal. So I’m the most professionally dress. Haha. A frenz of mine who is studying in SMU currently said I’m over-dressed when I met up with him. He told me he wore smart casual during his interview and he saw some of the candidates wearing casual clothing when he's on his way down to meet me. Ha. Whatever. I think first impression matters.
It was supposed to be 2 professors to 1 candidate but one of them couldn’t be reached and it was near 2.15pm already. Fyi, my interview starts at 2pm and the next interview should begin at 2.15pm. Hence, Professor Jennifer decided to start the interview first while the helpers get another replacement. So when they managed to get another professor, my interview was already halfway through.
The professor started off by asking what I’m doing currently so we chatted a little about my work experience. Next, she popped out this qns which I sort of expected it. She asked about why I chose Social Sciences since I had a Diploma in Business Studies. So I answered that I’m interested in Business and Social Sciences. Lol. Then we moved on to me wanting to study sociology. I mentioned something about men vs. women so she started asking qns related to that. Overall, I answered more about business related stuffs as I added knowledge on SHRM and IEMP into my ans. Then I was stumped when she said she could tell that I’m more of a business person. So I was wondering if I overly expressed my intention to business. Nvm, it’s over.
Anyway, loads of pics on Good Friday. Went out wid my sec frenz before heading to my cousin’s place.
Stupid me got mix up wid my cousin’s address. I tot I’m going to Bishan Ave 2 so Loretta advised me to take 162. When the bus 162M came, I was unsure if I can take it so I called and asked Loretta if 162 and 162M were the same. So when it was confirmed the same, I saw the signage going to Bishan St 22 and not Ave 2. So I asked the bus driver and he said it goes to Bishan St 22 only and I got down the bus. Then I was getting a bit panicked and called my cousin instead. Guess what? The correct address was Bishan St 22!!! Oh man, I missed the bus and waited for 24 mins for the next bus to come!!! -__-“

Hello everyone! I feel so lazy to update my blog recently. Basically I started work this week and have been doing usual job routine so there’s nth much to blog anyway.
First day of job was horrible. Not because of the new environment or unfriendly colleagues. Just that no orientation was given so I felt totally a stranger over there. But I guess that’s normal la. But things get better few days later.
I’m working in the Purchasing Department currently. When I asked my mentor on what position I’m doing, she replied me that I’m holding a position as a Shipping Assistant. This title sounds so weird to me lor. Haha. Purchasing Executive, Trading Administrator or Officer sound better in my opinion. Haha.
Anyway, I’m still working in Adidas during weekend even though I took a temp full-time job. I know it will be exhausting but I wanna earn extra income. Hehe. I’m still young but have a weak body (cannot work too long) so definitely will request for off days in Adidas. Maybe twice a month?
I love my dad! Haha. Glad that his office is so near my temp job workplace. So near that it is just a 5 mins drive and he will arrive at my office. And it happens that he knocks off around the same time as me. Shiok! I have been taking lift home from my dad for this few days. Jingmin benefits from it too. I think we can replace the Boon Tong Kee Chicken Rice with the ride home. Lol
Got my final semester result today and I’m happy with it! Hope that local uni will accept me pls~ It will be tough competing with the dragon babies because there are whole lots of them from different territories. Like from the East Sea, West Sea, South Sea and North Sea. HAHA.
Piggy went to Phuket for a business trip this morning and will be back on Sunday. Sigh.

This will be a random post again.
Woke up at 2pm today. Gosh. I did not know I slept till so late until Sherlyn Ho called me cos I woke up around 12pm+ normally. So I washed up while waiting for her to come over my house before going for lunch at Pastamania. Feel like eating Chicken Bolognese with combo B while blogging now. Haha. I wanted to get a watch but can’t decide which design I want. Sigh. Hate myself for being so indecisive. I always ended up more confused and in a dilemma state cos I seek for friend’s comments every time.
Had a casual chat with my sis last night before she slept. She was asking me if I wanna wait for the next university intake if I can enter university for sure since I’m competing with the dragon babies. I thought about this matter before so I told her that I cannot put aside my studies. The fact that there will be significant income flowing into my pocket every month guarantees that I will not want to continue my studies if I choose to start working now. It will be so hard to resist man. Lol. Hearing that, she offered me an option which I can consider. That is, to become an air stewardess first! Haha.
I told most of my friends that I wanna be an air stewardess after I graduate from university. I see myself being an air stewardess as a dream, something to be proud of. Just like why some gals wanna participate in Miss Singapore Universe. Oh my, why am I saying this over here? Alright, nvm. It’s okie. I discussed this issue with my cousins during CNY too. So my eldest cousin said this to me, “Why do you want to get a degree since you want to be an air stewardess?” Will not elaborate further. This is just for me to reflect on.
